10th March 2014

We had a lazy morning on Sombrero Beach in Marathon and lunch at the Key Fisheries to taste test the Lobster Reuben which lived up to it’s taste sensation reputation.  It was followed by an afternoon stroll on the old (now pedestrianised) 7 mile bridge to Pigeon Key research station. Along the way we were treated to sightings of Manta Rays, Barracuda, Sharks and Manatee.

Local saying
